Branding, Messaging, Recruitment

Worked closely with university administration, trustees, and faculty to build comprehensive strategy for university advancement. Multiyear initiative led to improved selectivity, rankings, and awareness. Leadership included:

  • Intensive qualitative and quantitative research
  • Positioning, brand strategy, brand architecture, naming, segmentation, targeted messaging, and voice
  • Creative strategy, including development of comprehensive visual identity system, and iconography, and merchandising
  • National recruitment strategy, messaging, and creation of viewbook and admissions website development
  • Values implementation and brand training
